We use enquiry details to respond to your project request, prepare quotations and coordinate work. Staff can access the details needed to manage your project. Customer accounts show only their linked enquiries, quotations and invoices.

When configured, transactional email is delivered through our email provider. Optional AI questions are sent to OpenAI only when you select the consent checkbox. Do not include passwords, payment details or personal documents in assistant questions. AI is not used to access customer records.

Contact +91 91319 40882 to correct your details, stop enquiry follow-ups or request deletion where records are no longer needed. Financial record retention and the final business privacy policy must be confirmed before public launch.
